We will need volunteers for the Caribbean Sounds Race for Race day and pre-race day activities. No experience necessary, just a willingness to help out.

Volunteers make the race a success and we can't do it without your help. We appreciate your time and dedication. You help hundreds of runners participate in a safe event while reaching their personal goals.

As our way of saying we appreciate your hard work and willingness to get up early for a few hours or come in the late afternoon to help stuff goody bags or distribute packets, we offer you a guaranteed free entry for the following year.

If you just aren't able to run this year, sign up to volunteer and guarantee your entry for next year. You may also have a spouse or friend(s) who might be able to volunteer. (The race entry guarantee for volunteers is transferable, so your friend or spouse could volunteer in your place. )
